How these were ranked, and what to trust
Each account name in the workbook was matched to its Salesforce record, then scored:
45% intent (buying stage, competitor and contact-center research signals),
35% propensity (profile fit, reach score, 6QA and warm flags),
20% fit (employee count and communications complexity).
- Scope is Prospect, Suspect and Former Customer records only. Accounts with an open opportunity were removed, including Tuff Shed, Logicmonitor, Kyriba, Collectors Universe, Cambro, Lytx, Canvas Credit Union, MVT and La Mesa RV.
- Buying stage, fit, reach and the 6sense segments are confirmed CRM fields. The angles and scripts are inferred from those signals; no account has told us it is evaluating anything.
- Named contacts come from Salesforce. Where a book had no suitable contact on record, the script names a role to prospect for instead of a person.
- Match depth varies. Henrik, Joseph and Mark had 230-260 eligible matches; David Campisano, Scott Wood and Jimmy Lam had under 100, so the back half of those lists is weaker.
